help, still getting emails from bonesmart

Could you please direct me on how to stop emails from bonesmart?
You may have replied before, but I missed it. Someone, I think Jamie or Jen told me what to do and I did that, but I am still receiving them.
It is so many sometimes, really fills up my mailbox and I use my office email so I would rather not have them if possible.

Kath, I think I may have not told you the right thing to do. I went out to the Edit Options screen again and noticed a block that I didn't see before. It has to do with the email notifications (weekly, daily, etc.). Make sure the option selected is "No email notification." If it says something else, I'm betting that's why you're still getting those emails. I think I told you before to uncheck the "receive email notices from administrator." That's not the same thing and, you're right, would have no impact on those many, many emails. Sorry for any confusion. I have to plead blonde here. ...Jamie

Me too. I went into my profile and unchecked admin notify and it was ok for a while but I'm getting them again. Check profile again and that box is still not checked.

Jenn....check out what I wrote to Kath. There was a different box in the profile I didn't notice before that seems to deal with those weekly/monthly/daily notices of activity.

Oops....it's on the Edit Options screen....not Edit Profile.

Also....be sure to cursor all the way down to the bottom of that screen to SAVE your changes. I missed that too. Now you know why I am NOT a professional computer advisor!
