My name is John and I live in Tallahassee and am also 57 years old. I have knee problems and I think it may be the iliotibial band. Do you have a PT and/or masseuse that you recommend?

I'm hanging in there. My son's Lacrosse season began today. They beat the district champions. I sat in the stands freezing to death.
