It will. Your muscles just need to regain their strength and tone which may take at least another 2 months. Have patience. It will come.

It is such a waiting game Steven, and because all of these feelings and new sensations are new to us they can be a bit scary, but as Jo says they do pass as you and your muscles become stronger.

Yes sometime I feel that sort of feeling too. I work out lots and feel great. I started back to work last Tuesday, Interpreter for Deaf in school system. Which mean four 90 Min blocks of class time. I purchased nice computer chairs for my classrooms. I walk a distance between each block to the next class. After sitting lots more in class that is not the norm for me. All summer since my surgery (June 1st) it has been a life of walking and exercise. Well in the afternoon I feel the same feeling after having to sit longer at a period of time. Then I do all my workouts PM. At work in the classroom I have to stand up often and do some butt crunches and mini squats and all feels better.

I wrote about that feeling in your other post. As Jo said just takes the muscles to get stronger. That is what worked for me as well.

Work your hip abductor muscles several times a day. Use a rubber band hooked to something so you can stretch that leg side to side, front and back. It really helps. Mine clunks, clicks, bangs but only I can feel or hear it. The more I exercise it, the better it seems to get. I went from being a couch potato to getting up at 5 in the morning, 15 minutes on the exercise bike, 10 minutes of stretching and back on the treadmill for another 15, off to the Y over the noon hour for an hour of pool low impact arobics. The thing I like about the Y is that you meet lots of people in the same boat that you did not meet on the couch. Exercise seems to be everying, enjoy, it gets very habit forming.
