It really is a life changing operation @bickypeg I have just come back from a 4 mile walk with my dogs no sticks , 6 months ago I could hardly walk from room to room unaided as soon as you need it doing don't wait go for it you never know it may be so life changing you buy a motorcycle :heehee:- mcopt

Quick hi and update :wave: 7 months since the right and nearly 4 since the left this surgery has been unbelievable to be free of that grinding debilitating pain is incredible you do truly get your life back I can even put socks on now with no aids let alone walk the dogs miles jump on and off...- mcopt

@Mojo333 you are so right I enjoy working with people (most of them !) but you need that escape bikes have always done that for me (or skiing) its just me and the bike some people like to listen to music or connect their phone whilst on the bike to me its the purity of riding no interruptions...- mcopt

Bike riding post op
Saw physio yesterday for 3 week appointment on second THR first is now 4 months old I asked about cycling I have a static spin bike and a step through e bike also a Triumph Thunderbird motorcycle her advice was spin bike ok with light load and reasonable cadence no standing though and good idea...- mcopt
