I slept on my back for the first 8 weeks! Normally I sleep on my side, so it took some getting use to sleep on my back. I am back to normal now!

I had reverse shoulder replacement on December 6. I never took any opioids after I left the hospital the next day, partly because I am terrified of getting addicted but, more importantly, I didn’t need them. I did sleep slightly upright in a chair for about a week.
